Set on a single deck, the Kentish Lady provides excellent access for the disabled. With normal river conditions there is level entry for most wheelchairs (maximum 30 inches wide). Please note, however, that our toilets are ‘walk in’ only.
We are able to accommodate 2 pre-booked wheelchairs per cruise (no seat required aboard), however if you only need help getting to the vessel we are happy to store further wheelchairs in our secure quayside storage facility. Please consider carefully when booking your wheelchair space as this could prevent someone who is wheelchair bound joining the cruise.
We cannot be held responsible for weather, river conditions or maintenance works along our route, the captain's decision in regards to the route taken on any one day is final.
