• Pre-booking wherever possible.
• Social distancing procedures and appropriate signage in place.
• Seating placed to minimum 1M distance between household groups.
• Windows and doors to be fully open subject to weather conditions.
• Reduced passenger capacity onboard.
• Revised route where applicable.
• It is advised that face masks be worn when not seated and or moving around the boat.
• Hand sanitiser available to all passengers throughout the boat.
• Limited access to bar area.
• Contactless payments available at kiosk and onboard.
• Enhanced cleaning schedule between trips.
• Managed boarding and disembarkation procedures.
